Happy Halloween

Our kids are beyond excited about Halloween this year. Big sis now really understands it, and our little guy loves dressing up- it's a challenge to get him out of a costume, no matter what it is! He also understand the candy part and can even give a quick "Thank you" after receiving a toy or candy.
We have missed the cider mills of Michigan, but managed to find a fun farm that has a pumpkin patch, fall games and hay rides, so we did that with some newly found friends.

We also have been so lucky to have visitors almost non-stop, first from Dallas with Grandma and GG, then the lovely Nashville gals drove down,
and last of all, Grandma P made a week long appearance that kept the house clean and all happy by offering an extra set of hands and sane mind! (All are looking due to a bribe of receiving suckers...I got desperate for a picture of all three sitting happily!)

Let's not forget our pumpkin carving that B was so happy to do and get messy.
He loves spotting pumpkins and will shout out any sightings around town.

Our little zoo also offers fun carnival game stations althoughout the grounds, and they call it ZooBoo. We just went last night, and everybody loved it!

Hooray! Enjoy the pics of the cute kiddos! They will be wearing costumes throughout the week for all kinds of fun activities and social events, but why not get started on the cuteness right now!

Lots of love

What is not to love about that little gal?!
My attempts to take somewhat more 'artistic' pictures. I took a whole slew, and these are the only 2 I'm even remotely pleased with! Thanks to Rachel for teaching some super basic concepts months and months ago!
My little assistant for the last few shots- and just doesn't get much cuter than sisters together!
Love, love, love this kiddo- this is his new "excited" face, and I encourage him to make it all throughout the day, because it makes me laugh out loud each time I see it! Thanks little guy!
Last of all, what's not to love about a great Ya-Ya who helped more than she can know. In one week, she performed all sorts of miracles and left the kids asking for her every few hours, for a few days. That folks is the love we've got, for now, and growing!
