I've got to quit assuming that everyone (read: extended family) just knows that our kidlets are growing up, learning lots and are happy and all that. So these pics are for you all.

Quick updates include:
Loving tummy timeLearning to roll over!
(I found him like this after laying him on his tummy to take a nap.)
This kiddo loving the choices involved in dressing herself.
(This in an Easter photo, post-nap egg hunting. She found some the goofy purple baby headband who knows where, but was dead set on wearing it like a crown...can we say, 'Princess')

Loving attention from friends from Provo
(in town to check out grad programs- thanks for 4 extra helping hands!)The serious face
(not seen frequently- mostly all smiles)Interpreting baby tipping to be super fun playfulness!
(notice the self-selected clothing again- horizontal stripes with vertically striped flowers- eh!)

Big, happy kiddos.
That large baby has outgrown all 3-6mo clothing as of a week ago, and even a few 6-9mo stuff. Did I mention he is still just 3 months old! Whew!

The quotable C

C has a nack for saying really cute things at just the right time...

Here are two of the most recent funny sayings:

J (to C): Isn't B just getting so big?  He's our big boy.
C: Daddy, he's a little boy, actually.

C (after bonking into the corner of the table): crying...
J: C, did you get a boo-boo?
C (in a pouty voice and sniffling): Yes, Daddy.  Kiss my "booby" to make it better. (Booby is actually the boo-boo... not the more common use of the term)

You gotta love her.

Happier!

Life has become much smoother! (knock on wood)

Thanks for all your ideas and comments- I found them all very helpful!

Some asked for my responses as I do research too, and so far, the most helpful has been, "The Happiest Toddler on the Block," by Dr. Harvey Karp He is the same guy who has the 5 S's , that someone told me about a few years back, for calming fussy babies- I also found these ideas to be magical with infants!

-Thank you Dr. Karp!

I would recommend it to all (after having read half of it)!
