Anyway, in an attempt to jump back on the horse, tonight I was on the watching out for anything. And here you have it folks, the Ghost of Dinner Past! (I love that she has a zombie like state going on in this picture...try not to focus on the nasty stains on the bib!)

C loves to try to feed herself with her baby spoon, and does a fairly good job of it, when she is truly hungry, and the substance is not super messy(like the yogurt beautifully displayed above), such as dry things!
She has also started to be fussier about what she is willing to eat, making my choices more desperate. The last few days we have tried more adult foods, which happen to be much, much, much messier. Like, ravioli, with sauce...really messy; yogurt...really messy; cottage cheese...lots of squishable pieces when thrown on the ground- and thank Heaven we don't have carpet since she has recently taken to throwing everything on the floor!
The other night, I was going to the temple with a friend from the ward, and we needed to head out before I could finish feeding C, and cleaning up after her...in came Mr. Wonderful. He helped rush me out the door and said he would finish feeding our little mess, clean up after her, bathe her and bed her. Wow!...what was even better was coming home to all the dishes done too! He truly earned a title of Mr. Wonderful in my book. Thanks Love! Truly, only a memory, or ghost, remained of our messy meal. Wish is was that way every day!
