Thanks for all your ideas and comments- I found them all very helpful!
Some asked for my responses as I do research too, and so far, the most helpful has been, "The Happiest Toddler on the Block," by Dr. Harvey Karp He is the same guy who has the 5 S's , that someone told me about a few years back, for calming fussy babies- I also found these ideas to be magical with infants!
-Thank you Dr. Karp!I would recommend it to all (after having read half of it)!

I'll have to look it up. We could use some happiness in toddlerland here.
Good to know--I think I'll need to be reading that soon! It is so hard to know how to discipline! Your family is so cute--I loved looking at the recent pics!
I just read Parenting with Love and Logic. Then I found out they have one geared for Early Childhood so I need to read that, the examples would be more applicable. Anyway, I think it's GREAT. It's hard for me to do, counter-intuitive at times. But it TOTALLY works when we take the time to apply it. Wiser moms suggested it to me. I love my 2 year old so much more now that we aren't fighting all the time.
Good luck. I've been glad for good books/articles to help my parenting. I've been more glad for timely answers from the Spirit. :) Haven throws me for a loop almost every day...here's hoping we each figure it out when we need it the most! :) I'm sure--SURE--you're a fantastic mama.
