Very Late Update

Noticing that our blog has been much neglected, here are a few late updates-

Our travels for Thanksgiving could not have gone any smoother- (a big shout out to Ya-ya for helping make it possible).

Our stars of the weekend included my brother, recently returned from Argentina, and my maternal grandmother (pictured together below).

Our little nina had never met either of them before, and we hadn't seen either of them for even longer than the lifespan of our child. So fun to see them and catch up.

Highlight of the week for the nina included having a built-in older cousin, that she could play with any time! Here the two of them are enjoying some quality "Woody/Buzz" time (watching Toy Story 2).
Little T was gracious enough to explain every scene...little did he know that she has got the movie down all on her own, although I think this is the only movie that she knows inside and out.

Last, but of course not least, we celebrated my birthday right before we headed out of town. We enjoyed a busy day of lots of things to get done, and then a wonderfully relaxing dinner at a local restaurant with no child. No better way to end off the day!
