A YouTube Experiment

I just put my first video on YouTube...

I feel a little uneasy about posting this here and on YouTube because the performance was live, and hence, unedited (which means it isn't perfect). However, I suppose it's good to have something up with me playing on it. If you're interested, feel free to watch 3 minutes and 20 seconds of piccolo trumpet.

This was recorded at a recent recital.

(Here's the link to YouTube also)

Heinrich Gottfried Stölzel - Concerto for Oboe, Strings, and Basso Continuo in D Major, Movement 3

Jason Bergman, Trumpet
Kathryn Goodson, Piano
Recorded Feb 6, 2010

Hopefully enjoy!

Loved it! Although, I have to admit I only watched 3 minutes and 10 seconds. Sorry!

Wow, for as little as I know about music, I know that sounded really, really awesome! We'd love to hear you in concert!

Hey man, nicely done. I would rather hear an oboe concerto on pic trumpet than on oboe any day. (But don't tell anyone I said that). Very cool.

hey I didn't even know this composer but was totally in love with the piece and was amazed to hear grace notes and trills on a trumpet - sorry I didn't stop and listen to it when it was first posted but it was a wonderful performance - way to go Jason!
