Marathon week

Between a sick kiddo, a month early birthday party, family and friends in town, eating out, and much more, somehow we found time for J to have his Master's recital Saturday night. All went very well, and now he is off in Omaha touting his trumpets and C is feeling much better. We will all be glad to have a few slower days to end this week with. Now, at 9:30...I'm off to bed!

I know she enjoyed the cake, but I think she would have probably chosen a fresh pear or veggies over more carbs that she had been restricted to all week to help her get better as fast as possible.
