One Confused little Piggy Bank

So, yesterday we received a 'past due' statement from an unnamed financial institution. According to the statement, we were last paying a bill and therefore were charged a fine. I called to talk to someone about this because due to a circumstance, we didn't qualify for free online banking. Not normally a problem, except for the fact that we have never received any paper statement in the mail either. Hmmmm.

I explained this to a very nice girl, and she checked what was happening, or why we have never received anything in the mail. She discovered that our account had been set up to sent electronic statements to an email address, however, (and here's the great part of all this...) the email field was blank! Now, what kind of person would shut off all other forms of communication with their customer except through email, and not include an email address! Not a very smart one- that's who!
