As our time in Santa Barbara comes to a close, we have racked up a few more fun and unique experiences. These last two weeks we are house-sitting for a family in our ward. They live up on the actual border of the city and county. They have an avocado orchard, as well as other various fruit trees. Unfortuately, they just harvested thousands of avocados and had them sent off to sell. Therefore, there are none left for us :( Oh well!

They asked us to take care of their ducks, as seen above, as well as their cat, Boo.
C loves to play with Boo, and will even hunt her down to play with her. Overall, they get along very well and have only had a few tears shed by the babe.
In the last few weeks, C has learned how to shake, or dance, when she hears music. It's really funny to watch. She does it anytime, including while eating, and crawling around. She loves to hear her Daddy play the trumpet, piano, or even sing. J says that's because "Her Daddy's freaking awesome!"

Cute, huh?! She loves to crawl up on the bench and swing and bounce with the music. We just love to have a nice piano in our house- a definite goal for us. Glad to have one more person who appreciates music, and is not afraid to show it! Dance girl, dance!
